Lajano is a very smart black little colt, which loves to have fun with people.

Lajano's Sire Arentino was competed in Prix St. George dressage and did also really well in show jumping. Arentino’s Sire Santiago by Wie Ibikus and out of the foundation mare Schwalbelied was Champion of his grading in 1980 and was a very substantial big framed grandson of the legendary stallion Ibikus, which went on to become a very good show jumper. Wie Ibikus himself produced a big number of high successful dressage horses competing up to Grand Prix. Santiago produced some outstanding broodmares and the value can be seen in his offspring’s competition results.

Arentino’s Dam E.St Arktis II presents herself as one of the more valuable broodmares of the Trakehner breed, being a full sister to the stallion Arogno, sire of the stallions Schwadroneur (now dead) and Anky’s stallion Partout. E.St Arktis’s offspring are doing well in 3-day eventing and dressage competing in Prix St. Georges.

Lajano's Dam Laluna is by the stallion Holme Grove Solomon, which was awarded BHD dressage Sire of the year in 1998 and gained 161 points in one season, qualifying for the national championship at elementary level and winning medium level in his one and only competition. His grandsire Istanbul was a very noble and impressive stallion, which was the most important son (besides Arogno, uncle to Arentino) of the foundation sire Flaneur. He was graded class one and became supreme champion of different national German shows. Istanbul became one of the most successful sires of outstanding broodmares and Hugo Simon’s international show jumper Goldkorn is a famous example for Istanbul’s high talented offspring. Laluna’s motherline combines with Arsenal and Heuriger two successful Grand Prix dressage horses who sired a big number of outstanding dressage horses and Heuriger won the World Cup dressage with Ellen Bontje.

This is a wonderful gelding with some of the most proven dressage lines in his pedigree.
